Pros

The sound on the headphones is good for price point. The sound sometimes scares me. It has the perfect balance in sound. Sound is fantastic.

These earbuds stay in my ears and do not fall out. My ears get a bit sore but compared to other buds that left my ears really sore these are quite nice. Jbl has the most amazing base in a pair of ear buds ive ever seen.

Pairing is really easy. Pairs up with new devices seamlessly. The seamless switching between calls & music is awesome. They connect extremely easy to our samsung s21+ fe.

These fit and seem to be secure. I have no issues with sweat, they stay put. They're easy to clean.

Jbl never disappoints in terms of its sound quality, and software support. The app lets you adjust bass, etc.

Cons

The sound isn't our favorite. The volume for the buds had be cranked up to 85+%. There is almost no bass, even with the equalization of the jbl app and player app maxed. I have a pair of 30 headphones that have better quality,volume and way better bas... Read More

Ugh so frustrating. Literally terrible and so disappointing. Too bad the instructions are too small to read.

Competitiveness

I’ve had issues with my jaybirds falling out and these are the replacement’s.

The jbl twist-lock design works amazingly here and fits incredibly comfortably.

They sound on par with earbuds of a higher price point.

The earbuds are ip67 rated, which is great for sweat - but theoretically, they can also be used in the shower.
