Pros

Beautiful, crisp and clear sound and megabase without being overdone. Takes it along in your kayak, or atv! It projects the full sound spectrum with clarity.

This speaker is rechargeable with type c usb and battery life is long. It sounds great even on the beach with the pounding surf noise. The sound quality is excellent for around the house and yard!

Cons

The internet seems to say that there is a battery problem with the jbl flip. Fix it and stop wasting our money. Not a good fit for me, imo.

Charging it caused it to burn and luckily my husband caught it in time. Once you can't charge it any longer, what good is it to even have this? And that is when it is on the charger.

The charging port on this speaker is trash. I have to rig it up to even get it to charge. Then you have to drag out extension cords and hope it might charge enough to play.

This is a quality speaker and works great!

I was unaware that the speaker didn't have a microphone and noise blockage like the flip4.

App doesn't seem to do much unless i want to connect multiple speakers together.

Price

The price is right and the sound is awesome.

You definitely get what you pay for in this case!
