Pros

Super compact and portable. Great sound quality. Long battery life.

Bought a new one for outside building decks kayaking parties etc. Uses it at the beach (in the sand), in the shower, in the backyard. Don't have to worry about anything hurting it.

Great speaker for the price. Sound is awesome but it’s cute. Excellent sound. Good base.

Cons

Jbl has a 1 year warranty to replace but it would take 2 weeks or more. The idea that i need to wait two weeks ore more before i can even get a new one is ridiculous. The pitty is that i can't even return it since i'm not in the us anymore.

For those looking to pair up multiple speakers seamlessly together - forget it. Once partyboost is connected via the jbl app, sound continually shifts back between two flip 6 speakers. Upgraded to the 6 for xmas and had immediate bluetooth issues.

For almost $100 this speaker is a huge disappointment. But for ffs. Greatly disappointed. Shame on you jbl, charging $99 for this item.

Annoying and completely useless. You cannot disable the auto off feature. It only lasts 3 hours max.

So easy to sync to bluetooth and to each other, and for the price the sound is great!

I recommend getting it if you’re not looking for anything really expensive.

The flip 6 uses partyboost, while the flip 4 uses connect+.

Jbl is a trusted and therefore slightly more expensive brand but at least the quality can be assured.
