Pros & Cons
Pros
If you don’t like silicone-tipped earbuds, these are definitely worth checking out. Those flex earphones offer balanced sound, with a focus on clarity and a punchy bass. The battery survives notably longer than i am used to.
The noise cancellation is excellent. The jbl app allows for customization, including eq adjustments. The personalisation (personal-fi) runs a hearing test to customise the earphones.
Noise cancelling is excellent. Comfortable and lightweight. Not too cumbersome or invasive within your ear canal. Work well for commuting and jogging.
Cons
It falls off the ear easily, and any attempt to adjust it either stops or starts playing something. The volume is very low and in fact, invites noise rather than cancel it.

When being worn the earbuds don’t feel like they’ll fall out easily or anything although i’m not sure i’d go running with them in as they don’t feel perfectly secure to that degree

Due to a silicone allergy i can only wear the “stick open” design earbuds and had been a long time user of the apple airpods 2nd gen which i preferred also to the stick open 3rd gen
