Pros

The bass is very good and obviously tipped up but without any muddiness. Some minor tweaking and the sound is quite enjoyable. Besides, needlessly to say, the sound quality of jbl definitely meets my need.

They fit perfectly in the ear and are exceptionally comfortable. Jbl goes one step further with an additional bit of rubber/silicone that rests in the ridge of the outer ears, making for a supremely snug fit. Overall very nice ear buds for the price.

Jbl live free nc+ headphones provide the audio experience that you would expect from a jbl product. Pairing with a smartphone is fast and hassle-free.

Cons

The right earbud cuts out frequently. They hardly stay in your ears, no matter what ear piece you are using. There's no reason it should be rocket science to get both earphones to play together.

There are lots of better sounding earbuds out there today. The bass is mid range and not deep. The high ends are not crisp and are mono sounding. These headphones are literal garbage.

The noise cancellation feature isn't great and doesn't really cancel out noise. Also, the noise canceling is horrible. My suggestion is spend the money on something else.

The packaging was nice though; feels like i paid for the packaging and not the qualify of the earpiece.

This ridge really should become a standard feature in all in-ear buds.
