Accurate bass without sounding muddy, and very crisp and clear highs. Clear and crisp vocal performance.

The sound quality is superb as always, jbl always crushes it in that aspect. The eq is pretty much full spectrum for tweaking to my listening preferences. These reproduce sound faithfully across a *wide* range of frequencies and volume.

There is a downloadable app that lets you customize your listing experience. The jbl app does everything and it's amazing. This has an app that you must download, in my opinion!

These headphones sit in the ear canal to form a seal, not just in the outer folds of the ear like normal earbuds. The ear tip and ear fin options allow you to get a perfect fit.

Cons

Earbuds randomly stop working until logging into their bloatware app. Charging case is finicky to the point where the right earbud won’t charge 9 times out of 10 despite clicking into position. Battery life is shorter than advertised.

The sound quality for music is terrible. They were supposed to have an excellent microphone. Coworkers report crackling from my audio.

These earbuds are also bulky in my ears and fall out when i’m on a run. They're practically useless on runs or in the gym.

Overall, i would definitely purchase another jbl earpod product, but would most likely select the dangle model instead of the small buds.

Audio performance was equal to the beats fit pro, which are the same in-ear wing style but almost twice the price.
