Pros

Haedphones fit snug and comfortably in my tiny ears. Honey comb texture pattern on the bud and nice logos on the wing tips. The wing catches some ear fold and molds in.

Excellent punchy sound. Plenty of base with quite a few customizable settings. Best bass reproduction i've heard.

Software is polished from my experience and there are nice quality of life features. It's actually good and not gimmicky. The app is great.

Cons

The sound quality is mellow. The sound is fine as long as you turn ambient or noise cancelling off. Charged my jbl reflect flow pros overnight, but the right bud would not hold the charge.

Only way i could fix them is with an isopropyl alcohol soak and blasting the driver with compressed air. The app is just as bad.
