Pros
Although they have an open ear design, they fit snug and comfortably in my tiny ears. The spinfits apply less pressure and the design bends to go into your ear canal better and create an effective seal.
Software is polished from my experience and there are nice quality of life features. The only issue i do have is the connectivity. The app is great.

The sound is great, but the software is terrible. After about 90 days or so in, the ear buds no longer connect to one another and therefore i can not ear any sound. Sometimes the audio only works on one side, other times the audio is just a little lou... Read More
The case is very large (not easy to casually put in a pocket) si tienes orejas pequeñas, abstente. They have taken a step forward off a cliff, this isn't worth the plastic it's printed with.

Even the smallest ear tips are uncomfortable for me and they just end up pushing against the inside of my ear and the wing tip does the same with the outer ring of my ears

Even with both of the smallest attachments i still couldnt get these earbuds to fit comfortably in my ears

I also enjoyed using noise cancelling until my parents wanted to talk to me which made them upset because i couldnt respond until i switched to either ambient aware or talkthrough and yes i know there is a function for voice aware but id rather be in control of when my earbuds lower the volume or stop playing all together

If someone is blasting music on a speaker system youll hear it a little but otherwise it drowns out a lot

The seal part is tricky for me maybe because my ears arent actually symmetrical
