Liked it so much i ordered this item for my wife from amazon at a very good price.
Shipping
Customer service sent me a return shipping label but i did have to supply my own box since i had thrown away the original.
Packaging/appearance
These are over the ear vs the the on ear headphones and are much more comfortable.
Competitiveness
Sounds the same as my beats pro earbuds at less than the 1/4 of the price.
People complaining bout noice cancellation well fyi it doesnt have noise cancellation feature.

I had to return the jbl tunes for another set of headphones soundcore by anker life q35 which are much more comfortable to wear with glasses although a little more expensive

Just over four months ago i bought a pair of tune 510bt headphones which lasted four months when it began to cut in and out
