Pros
They go quite loud, and the sound is very crisp with great bass. It is really what is advertised.
Sits comfortibly. Not bulky, comfortable, and battery life is excellent. I sweat in them a lot and toss them in my gym bag and they have held up better than my skullcandy ones.
The battery lasts for many days, the product is beautiful, practical and connects well to televisions, computers and cell phones. The sound quality is great and the battery lasts a long time.
The noise cancelling seems really good. I travel alot by plane, the noise cancellation works for sure. Only downside is that when you listen to music on higher volume people around you can hear what your listening to.
Cons
The printed user manual is the worst feature. It uses little hard-to-decipher hieroglyphic pictures instead of using actual sentences and clear diagrams. Constantly switching itself off.

Built quality is very good, they are light, they don't put to much pressure on ears so you forget that you wearing them!
Attempted to start the refund process with the warranty i purchased and it was so ridiculously long that i gave up.
But overall, if you're are looking for a pair of headphones that are good sound quality and good battery life, i'd say these do the job!
Price
For the price is a very good headphone.
Nothing fancy, but for the price, i can't complain!
These head phones were 40 dollars yesturday and the price went up to 70 for black friday!

They also fall out on my head a lot when i do like seated overhead tricep extensions or anything where im on like a lying down position
