Pros

Buen audio, buen micrófono con cancelación de ruido. Sound quality is amazing, very good for canceling out other sounds too. Noise canceling is good and you can bluetooth to a phone or plug into the plane's entertainment system.

Cons

Noise canceling works to some degree, but can't compare them because i don't have any other experience with noise canceling. Does not cup your ears correct. Lasted a month and will not hold any charge now.

Liked it so much i ordered this item for my wife from amazon at a very good price.

Shipping

Customer service sent me a return shipping label but i did have to supply my own box since i had thrown away the original.

Packaging/appearance

These are over the ear vs the the on ear headphones and are much more comfortable.

Competitiveness

Sounds the same as my beats pro earbuds at less than the 1/4 of the price.

People complaining bout noice cancellation well fyi it doesnt have noise cancellation feature.
