I had my doubts about the stability of those while doing exercises but they didnt move at all with the outear piece no adjustments during my runs and they work great with spotify on the apple watch

Great sound with the in or out ear adaptors slightly more bass on the inear expected however the out ear shines when running and moving around

Definitely recommend great sound mobile app and eq controls battery and easy to set up tooconsiderations i dont care about noise cancelling and i thought they were a bit in the weaker side
