Pros

The audio jack is a critical feature. The battery life is impressive and the output level/loudness is top. Overall the quality and durability of the speakers is good.

Cons

It just becomes scratchy noises. Always shutting itself off. Secondly less than 2 hours play on a brand new speaker, it cuts out on songs.

The bass is almost non-existent. Worthless support, false advertising, extremely disappointed. Expected more from harmon.

Doesn't sound much better than the charge 5. Double the price and almost the same loudness. But compared to the sony xp500, which is the same price, this thing is pathetic.

I got the nt version and it was shipped with the latest firmware version 0.

It might not be a completely fair comparison since i can stream apple's lossless audio on the homepod, and this is only bluetooth.
