Pros

The sound is as good or better than the bose and it is just as portable. It is much smaller and lighter than the boombox version. It works well on the back patio,garage,in the car, and anywhere indoors.

Bought a replacement battery for 19 bucks. Not too stressful. Durability at an all time high. Battery lasts for many hours, even at a higher volume.

Cons

This is very disappointing. Selling garbage is not a very good way to keep customers. This is the last time i'll be burned by jbl.

The battery is junk. I started noticing the battery no longer held a good charge. Battery life was also overstated. My battery holds zero charge.

Harmon/jbl says it is still covered under 1-year warranty. We had it checked out by a tech and they said jbl would not make a speaker like this to only last 13 months & it shows no damage or * so this is a manufacture defect.

The sound is overpowered by over boosted bass. The mids sound muddy and the highs are barely present. Defeats the purpose of having two speakers if you have to keep them so close together for them to pair.

Fantastic, it’s brand new and works just as well as any of the newer speakers but it’s half the price!

Great sound for the price, better than the newer model.
