The app installs easily and the sender unit links immediately with my ipad via bluetooth. The app is usable; i wish it were easier to customize. It truly is instant read.
This bad boy gives me an immediate accurate temp. It lets us keep tabs and the temp inside the * as well as inside the food. It’s very easy to use and very accurate for the desired temperature of the meat.
Worthy add to my arsenal of kitchen tools. Great for pork shoulder, brisket, burgers, chicken or steak. For shorter cooks where you don't need the probes this is perfect.
