Pros

The design is sturdy, and feels safe in your hands while using. It is easy to hold and has a nice grip on the bottom so it doesn't slip.

Restored a 30 year old 5 inch sabatier. Very good knife sharpener. It keeps them well sharpened and with regular honing, i am sure that none of my knives will be dull!

Keeps knives razor sharp. Restored a set of laughably dull 50 year old knives to super-sharp excellence. Brought all my knife set in kitchen back to razor sharpness.

Took 2 minutes tops, reading the instructions included. Takes off a bit more metal than having it professionally hand done, but keeping the knifes in top shape 100% of the time is worth it.

Works much better than i expected, and a whole lot better than any of the sharpeners i have bought in the past.
