Pros

Using the same trap. Caught 17 flying squirrels also known as tree rats in my attic! We keep 2 of these in our garage in the front corners by the doors.

Empty holes become inviting domicile for other unwanted creatures. There were little bit of paper and crumbs left. The others were all sprung -- only this one was sprung and apprehended the culprit.

These traps are easy to use and easy to clean and reuse. Disposal is less icky too as there's two bars, one clobbers the mouse.

Also the paddle style trigger ensures the mouse cannot escape with the bait.

Had a problem with rats not getting caught with the smaller wooden style traps.

I found them easy to clean and set, and the price is far more reasonable than big box stores or even other sellers.

Shipping

I purchased a second one this morning and even paid same day shipping so i can place it tonight.

These are fast and final every time, so far.

But that doesn't happen nearly as fast with these traps as with others.
