Pros

It's been running reliably 24x7 for about a month and a half with nary a hiccup and barely a sound. I wish the bottom fixture was more rounded.

Jebao pumps work well for our 5000 gallon pond. The koi and goldfish are happy again and our grandkids love sitting by the pond watching all the fish. The new pump is pushing more water through our filter than the old one.

Cons

High priced pump for extremely poor qaulity and reliability. Great price but short lasting. I'm done.

This product is from china. Apparently has no warranty. Amazon customer service is unable to assist because they also do not have a way to contact the distributor. Sent a letter to the manufacture with no response.

Competitiveness

I am using it as a pool pump for an intex pool.

It is relatively inexpensive compared to “brand name” pumps (half as much).

I think this new jebao pump is pushing more water through our filter than the old one.

I bought a 1000 gph unit and it just wasn't powerful enough.
