Bought this for an algae scrubber and it's working great!
Still rating this 5 stars as i love the pump and it is running beautifully.
In order to put it at full power and not disturb inhabitants i’ll need to do a split return as this thing is powerful.
Update: have been using for a few months at this point and have even let it get absolutely filthy and it still just keeps chugging.

I necessarily wouldn’t trust this pump long term but it’s so cheap i can buy backups or replace it at a moments notice.

I have bought them one after the other after being happy with the product starting with adding 1 then 2 sow3 power heads to my nano tank and now replacing the stock pump with this 1500 which gives me a 400gph return versus the stock lt130gph

That old stock im pump never really runs at its potential except when 100 squeaky clean so when i plugged in this new one from jebao i have run it just a little over half power for now

Now the one little issue is that my tank has 12” hose and this pump comes only with 58” or 34” hose barb connectors

I picked up a 12” barb to 12” npt male connector and i used a dremel cutter end to cut the npt thread connector end at the second thread to shorten it significantly

Then i used the dremel grinder end to grind around until the part would fit inside the jebao lock nut they provided
