Was impressed with the speed i received the item pump fitted and working.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was a little sparse - pump was rattling around in the box.
Competitiveness
We have a couple of jebao products as they really are good.
We wanted another pump for our pond we already have a jebao and it's been running for 7 years brilliant.
I have had a jebao pump before, but this one is an updated model and i would highly recommend it.
This pump is only rated at 50w but seems to shift as much water as the old one.

Box was not sealed and gave me the impression it had been opened before

Arrived on time easy to install no flow rate adjustment meant a bit of faffing about with filter to get it right we had to raise it to get it get the flow through the filter and into the waterfall right

Just had pump 1wk does what it says on box received earlier then said

However this whole process took a couple of weeks and as this was in the middle of the summer i couldn’t wait for the replacement to arrive as the pump drove water over a small waterfall to provided the oxygenation of the water fish were gasping and on the verge of dying it wasn’t good
