Don't be fooled by the advertised warranty. It is prone to water leaking inside to the electrical components, which then renders it useless.

Well made and fairly easy to install.

This is my second purchase 55 for my 3,000as with the first worked like a charm took 5 days at 1000gph through pressure filter.

The saltwater has slowly corroded the lower-quality stainless steel to where it now has several tiny holes that allow it to leak.

My wife and i have been battling issues with our pond for 6 months, and the latest problem was floating algae for a couple months now.

I had the pump, which minimized my cost and installation time.

Qc is questionable since one of the supports was already broken when packed since box was in great shape.
