Pros

These pumps are durable and nearly silent. It is very quiet, efficient and economical to run.

Two pumps at lower flow is better than one large at high flow. Much nicer than trying to use a gate valve to change flow. The feeder button is great too. I have the pump on its lowest setting and it is as much as the overflow box can handle.

Cons

It is just one big gamble but don’t expect any customer service if anything goes wrong outside amazon’s return window. I am beyond the 30 days amazon would allow a return/exchange or do anything else and the company jebao can only be reached by email ... Read More

Don't waste your money unless replacing it is your goal. Seller has worst customer service ever. Maybe the dcp line is better but all these chinese pumps are made cheap.

My aquarium is always either low or about to overfill. Needs a new impeller. Being dc, it needs an ac to dc converter. Only cleaned once. It sounds like a plane is taking off under the reef.

Give an error message to check the propeller. According to the insert the and led error codes the pump is not spinning.

Easy does it, use good quality teflon tape, and remember, less is more when tightening.

Overall i am happy with the pump and recommend it for the value.

It never failed me so i replaced it with the same model.

Price

Great return pump for the price running for 2 months straight no issues

Other mainstream named pumps can cost well over double the price of this pump.

Competitiveness

Have used jebao stuff for years and i personally have never had any issues.

I've had this pump running as my return on a 120g reef with 40b sump.
