Pros

Sports beans are my favorite race nutrition. This product is very good if you like jelly beans.

Eat a package 30 minutes before a ride or workout and while involved. Keeps the energy going and helps with electrolytes lost during a good workout or cycling. They really help with stamina on longer/tougher hikes.

Cons

The flavors of this new caffeinated pack are terrible - it tastes like cough medicine to me! Taste like candy at first but then leave a chalky taste in your mouth. Stick with the non caffeine and avoid these.
