Pros

They fit perfectly. But the ones she likes are summer shoes, so they're not available in all sizes during the cold months. Happy feet and sized as expected.

Love the look of the shoe. They are comfortable too for a casual shoe. That’s what makes these perfect and fashionable.

The gray color is a bit greenish but it’s ok. They are white so they won’t stay looking fabulous forever. Although they're made differently (with elastic on top), they fit just as well.

Cons

These shoes are outrageously narrow. There was zero arch support. A very thin layer of a pad flat in the shoe.
