Pros
The heel of the shoe has a little cushion protecting the heel from blisters. I like the fact that although it is a lower heel, it doesn't make this 63 year old grandma feel frumpy!
Cons
The shoes i received are nothing like the item pictured. I have small bunions and ordered my shoes according to the size chart and they are too long and too tight in the toe area. The sole is too stiff.

Comfortable fit, wore them for hours right out of the box.

I guess, it's just the toe and the back of the shoe that's patent leather.
