Shoes are snug around the ball and arch of the foot to keep from flopping yet the heal doesn't cause blisters. These shoes are so comfy and stylish! I love the foam inner soul.
They are comfortable, fit well and a tad loose. Super comfy. Totally flat - but cushy. On the go with so many outfits!

I initially ordered my normal size 8 and they were way too snug to the point where it was uncomfortable
