Pros

Just enough of a heal to elevate without being too high. I have a high arch and the dreaded bunion and these worked. Comes with extra insoles, too!

These are soooo comfy. These shoes are super comfortable with the insoles in and really adorable!

The only way that i can describe the individual bags each boot was enclosed in is cheesecloth. Very comfortable booties. The bootie is gorgeous.

Cons

The bottoms are smooth and provide very little traction. The connection between sole and shoe is just glue. Sole is cheap plastic with no traction.
