Pros
The shoes were packaged nice and neatly. As others have said, one zipper on each shoe is a functioning zipper and the other is for show.
They fit perfectly. Hit perfectly above the ankle in a flattering way great for short women. The size 11 actually fits like a size 12.
They are well crafted, so comfortable and a beautiful honey brown. Great brown, not too camel or dark, looks like leather. I also wear these to work and have to walk up stairs off and on and they haven’t caused me any pain.
Cons
The uppers are manmade but they feel very dry, like they're going to scuff / crack with the first wear. The heel just collapses like jelly when i put weight on it. They are also very stiff and plastic like.
Sizing is smaller than expected. My pinky toes feel squeezed in even with no socks. Every time you walk the front or back of the top of the opening of the boot digs at your legs.

Unfortunately the toes are tight and there isn’t a lot of cushion or support on the bottom
