Pros
The quality is wonderful; heel height is perfect, about like a pair of classic loafers. The zipper works well and these boots are easy to put on and take off. The boot without the support insert is very comfortable.
I am a 9 and they might almost be a tad snug. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 and i ordered an 8 and they’re still slightly too big but still comfortable enough.
Shoe is very comfortable. I have a high arch and the dreaded bunion.

They came with some extra shoe inserts but found them way too tight when i added those
