Pros
The cushion on the shoes are very comfortable and they are very stylist! These are comfortable shoes fit great. There is just a tad bit of padding in the sole which will help if you have heel spurs.
Surprise surprise. Very flattering. Received many compliments. Very happy with my purchase.
The 10 is true to size and she loves the fact that they’re velcro because she sometimes has swelling in her feet and likes for all her shoes to accommodate that. It’s easy for her to adjust and readjust accordingly.
They are light and have great cushioning. Soft leather upper and soft insole. Material is easy to keep clean, simply wipe them with a damp cloth.
Cons
Returning these. They are super stiff. The front finish is very poor and as i walk, my left foot tends to go left, out of the shoe. Strap looks like it is wrapped plastic, not a solid leather type strap.

But it gives the shoe a bright little lift, and i’m overall very happy with the design.
Quality - good quality, they feel pretty securely made.
Each shoe was slipped into its own sleeve with the buckles wrapped for protection.
Price
Value - they’re a good value for the price (currently about $40), it would be hard to find something better in this price range.
Only downside is a white sole, but for the price you really can't go wrong!
Packaging/appearance
Packaging - nicely packaged, it’s clear the company puts some care into how the shoes come out of the box.
I had to put on the last hole on the buckle.
Competitiveness
The cushioned footbed makes them a pair i would wear for walking and standing for prolonged periods.

Sole is comfortable and shoe style is cute but the buckle at the back doesn’t have enough holes to provide adequate cinching to secure the foot in the sandal
