Pros

The only downside is that you cannot flip the mattress. It seems to be sturdy for a family room. Well worth the money and effort to assemble.

The mattress is firm so get a mattress pad if you need softer. The mattress has a hidden hinge mechanism so it folds easily into sitting position, and lays flat for sleeping. Comfy to sit and sleep on.

Took a chance on this futon and am not disappointed. Good product. Item is great - very nice for the price.

Excellent seller, contacted to alert me that item was being shipped. Arrived in good condition as advertised. Althought, one of my boxes was missing the screws, this review gets 6! Will review later.

The couch is super cushioned, very strong wood frame. Is a bit heavy to change from couch to bed and vice versa. I need a second set of arms switching it from bed back to couch.

Cons

Assembly instructions are terrible. The drawings are not accurate and they say to match color codes but the codes are not on the parts. I basically have a bad sofa not something convertible.

This seller was fantastic to work with, let me know exactly when the futon would arrive and the packaging was very good.

Also, don't grab the mattress by the fabric.
