Rating 4 stars because as ive seen on other sites the frame is much more gray than brown as was the mattress and because the hardware was broken open and missing a 2 critical parts

Fortunately i was able to pick up similar hardware at home depot to make it work since i didnt care to call customer service for a single bolt and nut

It is really comfortable the only thing that i did not like very much are the bases that changed when opening and closing it since they are in hard plastic before they were much better metal but not bad and the price eh 🤷‍♀️ a little expensive just for being a futton i wanted to get it because i loved the design but i didnt like the price at all 😩👍

I did have a few issues putting it together my own fault for not reading the directions more carefully

For those of you who may be similarly inclined note that part 7 has to go in a certain way so the rubber stoppers are toward the front spreader bar or it will not stay in place as a lounger or couch

All in all it’s pretty decent but def shouldn’t have been a 500 purchase
