Pros

These shirts are better by far than the shirts bought by the employer. One drawback. This is a personal preference because i know that some of you will not like this feature.

I like the longer, cuffed sleeves that come down almost to the elbow. It actually fit really well same length and proper smooth/comfy material.

Cons

The 3x is way too big. I have to wear a tshirt underneath this polo because the material is harsh. The neck opening is small.

I'm a bigger guy that needed a bigger shirt, was surprised that this was good quality material not flimsy.

Washes well & does not wrinkle when removed from the dryer promptly.

Material is a bit thin but is great for warmer weather.

Graduualy over about a month, i have bought all 8 colors.

Price

It was a gift for the price not bad at all.

The collars don't lay 100% flat but for the money, you can't beat them.

Competitiveness

This one, imho, came third overall of the three brands i've tried and the material is noticeably thinner than the other two.
