Pros

It’s important to be aware of your own tolerance so you won’t accidentally overdo it. Take with food to help avoid stomach pain and discomfort. Used to drink close to 60 oz of caffeine soda a day.

Cons

Caffeine is not an active ingredient in this tablet. The 100mg tablet occasionally causes gastrointestinal pain and diarrhea. I really, really wish i could get the rest of my leftover tablets tested and analyzed to see what's actually in them.

This is a not uncommon way companies sneak in dramatic price increases but it's highly reprehensible and i will never buy this brand again. Could be fake or defective.

On a full stomach of food, it kicks in about 1 hr after taking it, on an empty stomach about 1/2 an hour.

100 mg on an empty stomach doesn't bother me and gets me going a little when that dreaded moment of having to get out of bed occurs!

Price

I love that the price is cheap and it comes with so many caffeine pills.

This guy works very well, especially for the price point, to help me grind out what needs to be done and go to sleep without melatonin.

If i can swallow a pill instead of spending a bunch of $ on coffee or energy drinks then it’s a win.

For my morning runs i have saved $ on my starbucks orders by having a tall latte with only one shot and a half of one of these!
