Its a clear case but it will only last a couple weeks then it will start to yellow.

This case is still as new, it hasn't discoloured as some of the well known brand cases that cost a lot more.

It doesnt come with a screen protector as technically the front edge of the case is raised and gives you screen protection element but

It has started yellowing but you get that with all clear cases its not that big of a problem to just buy another one

There are a few scratches on the back of the case i have noticed have appeared but nothing greater than general wear and tear
