Pros
Price is unbeatable for a good cover/protector for the newer ipad's. Case is a hard lid which seem very good as protector. The pad snaps in and the casing holds it nicely.
Nice sturdy case and nice snug fit. Durable, feels like i'm protected. Overall, it is durable and does it's purpose awesomely!
The case is stylish. The sleek texture gives it a business class look. Nice but not flashy and distracting.
Cons
Don't list it as a leather case when it's cheap imitation leather. Poorly designed. Would not recommend buying from this company.

Quality
It is solid, well made, the ipad fits right in nice and secure, and it has the feel of something that will last.
Very sturdy for such a think construction.
I have tried multiple ipad covers and they were either too flimsy, too bulky or just did not suit my needs.
Unless they improve how they hold the ipad i would not indorse or consider another purchase myself.
Price
This is a great product for the price.
I have paid 4x this price in the past for a case and this does the job.
Shipping
After contacting jetech they shipped me another one that worked as advertised.
They were quick to communicate and sent me a replacement with no hassle.
Packaging/appearance
A corner of my case cracked, and i contacted them via amazon.
Competitiveness
Works better than the expensive one my husband bought at the apple store.
On the other hand the jectech is well worth the money.

My only comment might be the small rubber dots they give you to apply to the bottom of the case to give traction when using it in easel mode not a big issue but maybe something that can be improved
