Easy to install and small enough to fit in almost any room. Has 4 flexible wheels so that i can move it room to room if needed. With my house being a 2 story, the upstairs is always hotter. And some parts are tricky2.

This does the job for me. I bought and returned others, this one's a keeper. Panic at first.

The problem i am experiencing is that it is leaking a lot of water from the drainage hose. Leaks water onto the floor.
