I'm not a pro but this jigsaw is a bit flimsy. It's a too bulky to be able to cut in a straight line.

This is an excellent product, easy to use, i got it to replace my 40 year old bosch.
I have the sander too which is also an excellent product
Not the most graceful but it ploughed on got the job done, used it again last week for a small job and worked perfectly.
I used it to cut mdf which is notoriously dusty.

Most tools are now battery operated but i’d saves some money if you only need to use it occasionally

Unfortunately the light does get covered so is not much use when that happens
