Everything cleans up very easily. The knobs on the glass weights are just right for my tongs to grab. It is so easy to remove them because of the knob at the top.
Quality product comes packed in a sturdy box with heavy duty foam packing. Everything has its own compartment in a foam tray.
It lets me make more at once since i dont meed to spend as much time burping and checking the liquid levels. The accessory air lock is of high quality.
Cons
The it is really difficult to get the brine level right with this kit. The grommet that fits in the hole is very difficult to put in, very tight and kept going all the way through. The lids don't fit quite right, they go on really rough and the gasket... Read More

You need to leave close to two inch head space or the handle of the weight will block the hole in the lid

The glass weights handle has slits in the top allowing the vent pipe to touch and rest on the weight without blocking the vent mechanism

Now that ive had an opportunity to use them so far 2 have worked well but one will not hold the vaccum
