Pros
The internet is awash with recipes for fermenting everything. This is my first foray into fermenting. I have one open fermenter that's going to be used for sauerkraut.
I plan on getting some of these for my winemaking as well because they're easier than the s-type, in my opinion. They have extremely great packaging. The directions are clear and concise.
The seller is seriously great with communicating and resolving any issues you may have. No regrets with this purchase. Exceptional customer service.
The only concern i have is the likely longevity of the silicone caps and they thoughtfully sent two with each jar. I transfer the finished pickles to another jar so i can start again while cukes are plentiful. This fermentation kit definitely beats ha... Read More
Cons
The silicone caps that hold the airlocks make this kit a bad buy. We love the product line, but this last set we bought appears to have a different plastic airlock material. Was able to finish the ferment but had to be thrown away after 1 use.

Somehow after only cleaning the mars with soap and water i noticed a crack in the jar they did not sustain any shock that should have cracked the jar since i had opened them
