The bottoms fit in the cup holders of my outdoor furniture, which are standard cup holder size. We tend to entertain quite a bit and bought these to help keep guests martinis at a more optimal temp while drinking them and these did the trick.

I dont like the style of stainless steel wine cup that has the bulb shape at the bottom hard to keep grip on and a little too fat for cupholder in outdoor lounger
