Pros
This is a brotpisker, also known as danish dough whisk. It works quickly, mixes thoroughly, and is very easy to clean. This is awesome for whipping up batter.
No more sticky messes snd it cleans easily. No blisters in your palm, easily four times faster results.
It’ fits comfortably in my hand and is made of sturdy stainless. It is sturdy enough to handle a few loaves at a time. Very sturdy and so useful for scraping the flour from the bowl.
Cons
The part of the handle you hold is a hollow cylindrical piece of metal that connects onto the inner handle piece. That hollow connected piece has sharp edges top and bottom that can easily cut you.

Seller was prompt in responding to my concern with the product.
Bought the one with the silicone handle also, thinking would be easier to grip, but returning that one.
