Pros

Great product. Just as pictured. Absolutely incredible for price to quality. Exactly what i hoped it would be.

The squares are perfect size to draw little pictures in the days like- a soccer ball for soccer practice day. Comes with a handy marker tray attachment.

Great way to organize your month. Would have liked a business world version where saturdays and sundays aren't included. This visual aid also is helpful for those staff outside of our department who don't have access to our electronic calendars.

Cons

Very inconvenient return process for a defective item. Missing all hardware to be able to use calendar board on a wall. Writing on it is horrible as it moves like a bubble underneath.
