Pros
I usually wear xl, (5'10 and 167 lbs) but i exchanged my shirt from xl to xxl and it fits perfectly. Another plus is when you push your sleeve up to your elbow the cuff will snap back into shape.
Cons
This sweatshirt is way too long. The neckline is not round, it's boatneck.
After a few washes long sleeve shirt looks very old. Beige color looks drab. Very thin cheap feeling material. Line dry, iron and a total pain.

Update i liked the long sleeved shirts so much i tried the short sleeved style also offered and did not like it as much

The short sleeved style is two pieces sewn together so there is not separate sleeve no cross shoulder seam and thus the sleeves dont fit comfortably on the body

The material hitches at the chest and feels odd as it stretches across the back

I didnt like it and would have returned it but i wore it for half a day before i decided i didnt like it and didnt feel that it was fair to send it back afterward
