I usually wear xl, (5'10 and 167 lbs) but i exchanged my shirt from xl to xxl and it fits perfectly. Another plus is when you push your sleeve up to your elbow the cuff will snap back into shape.
It's warm but not suffocating. The rest fits fine and it’s super soft.
I love it because it's comfy and flattering. It's very flattering and pretty. Very flattering and so soft.
The shirt is comfortable and fits perfectly. Now, it's not a thick sweatshirt material, but it's perfect for cooler weather.

Update i liked the long sleeved shirts so much i tried the short sleeved style also offered and did not like it as much
