Pros
Long enough to slide the camera across your shoulder without taking it off. Has been great when slung over my shoulder to hip.
Good value for such a low price. Would certainly use this seller again. Much better than the maven straps. Absolutely affordable item.
The neoprene part of the strap is thick and comfortable. Batteries fit inside pouches - a bit snug, but they fit. There's a couple of small zippered pouch that can hold extra batteries or sd cards as well.
Comfortable and well made. Very well padded. Very comfortable and adjustable. Very comfy and handy otherwise.
Neoprene gives as you walk, giving a damping effect, which makes it more comfortable. The neoprene padding provides comfort and prevents rubbing and sweating.
Cons

Narrower stiffer straps pinch nerves in my shoulder and this helped with that issue

The strap looks to be secure but because of the possibility that the buckles could come apart accidentally ive added a loop of thin nylon cord through the webbing loops where they go over the buckles
