Once beyond that you need to make sure the remote antenna is facing the device in order to get a good signal

Amazon has them but unlikely to find a replacement on the street unless you go to a camera store if your remote ever runs out of battery

Please note switch positions have to be identical also even though plug will fit both the remote and the camera there is only one correct way
