It helps avoid inadvertantly moving the joystick or the ec dial. Works exactly as it is supposed to. I believe the complainers are either competitors writing fake lower-star reviews, or user error.

Physical fit is loose and therefore will serve no use to me. However, the physical fit is tight.

After a few days of outdoor use i noticed an accumulation of dirt between the grip and the body meaning its only a matter of time before friction combined with dirt starts to rub the paint off the body
