But out of the blue two weeks ago they just stopped working properly

I charged them as i normally do but when i went to use them once they were fully charged they would not turn on

After some investigation i then tried to turn them on while they were still connected to the charger wire and they turned on and were fully charged

But they would not work if disconnected from the wire which defeats the purpose

Plus the charger wire is super short so even if i was inclined to try to use them while plugged into the wire i wouldnt be able to

Obviously i couldnt use them that way so i emailed the company jlabs to let them know what happened since they come with a 2 year warranty

All i had to do was provide the proof of purchasereceipt from amazon and send a picture of the old headphones with the connection wires cut and the charger wire cut in half
