I own 4 pairs of these and my advice is buy one size up waist isn’t an issue but they do shrink and you’ll find the bottom of the pant leg getting stuck to your calves and you will be constantly shoving them down when you stand up

These are more like traditional sweat pants because of the mostly cotton fabric but with a modern style
